Custom QR Code AI provides a browser-based tool for creating and downloading static QR codes. You may use the service for lawful personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms and any applicable laws.
Your content and responsibilities
You are responsible for the text, links, contact information, logos and other material you place in or on a QR code. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use that material. You must not use the service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, infringing, deceptive or designed to compromise another person’s privacy or security.
You are also responsible for testing each QR code before publishing, printing or distributing it. Check the encoded content, destination, scan reliability, print size and surrounding design in the final context where the code will be used.
Static QR codes and destinations
QR codes created by the service are static. Once downloaded, their encoded content cannot be edited through the original image. A static QR code does not expire on its own, but a linked website, file, phone number or other destination may change, become unavailable or be controlled by a third party. We do not operate or endorse third-party destinations merely because they are encoded with the tool.
Intellectual property
You retain any rights you hold in content and logos you provide. The website, its interface, original text, branding and software are owned by or licensed to Custom QR Code AI and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant permission to copy, resell, reverse engineer or misrepresent the service itself.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also limit access when reasonably necessary to protect the website, its users or third parties. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or compatible with every device or scanner.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free output, universal scan compatibility, or the availability, accuracy or safety of any destination encoded in a QR code.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Custom QR Code AI and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.
