Custom QR Code AI

Privacy Policy

We designed Custom QR Code AI to let you create QR codes privately in your browser. This policy explains what information may be processed when you use the website.

Last updated: September 6, 2026

Information you enter in the QR code generator

The content you enter to create a QR code—such as a website address, text, WiFi credentials, contact details, phone number, message or location—is processed locally in your browser. Uploaded logos are also handled on your device. This information is not intentionally transmitted to or stored on our servers by the generator.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may automatically receive limited technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, referring page, and the date and time of your request. This information may be used to deliver the website, maintain security, diagnose errors and understand aggregate traffic.

Cookies and local browser data

Custom QR Code AI does not require an account to use the generator. The website may use essential browser storage where needed to support site functionality or remember settings. We do not use the content of your QR codes for advertising.

Third-party services

Some site resources, such as web fonts, may be delivered by third-party providers. Those providers may receive technical request information under their own privacy policies. A destination you encode in a QR code is independent of Custom QR Code AI; when someone scans the code and visits that destination, its operator’s privacy practices apply.

Data retention and security

Because QR code content and uploaded logos are generated locally, we do not retain them through the generator. Limited server logs may be retained by our hosting provider for security, reliability and operational purposes. No method of internet transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to minimize the information we handle.

Children’s privacy

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the QR code generator.

Your choices

You can avoid entering personal or sensitive information into a QR code. If you create a code containing personal data, anyone with access to that code may be able to read it. Review your content before sharing or printing it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the website changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was most recently revised.
